Result of AGM

Nviro Cleantech plc (AIM:NVR), a leader in commercialising ‘clean’ technologies, confirms that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed except for resolution 2, the re-election of Mr J.S.D Leach as a director, which was withdrawn.

Resolution 2 was withdrawn as Mr J. S. D. Leach resigned from the board of directors of the Company on 5 March 2009.
