Annual Report and Accounts

March 4, 2008. London, UK – Nviro Cleantech plc (AIM:NVR), a leader in commercialising 'clean' technologies, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Investor section of the company website.

The Company also gives notice hereby that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5EP on 27 March 2008 at 11am.
