Nviro Cleantech appoints three Board Members

Libby Cooper, Phillip Hollobone and Duncan Sedgwick to join the Organisation

December 27, 2006. London, UK – Nviro Cleantech PLC, a premier clean technology development and commercialization company, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new non-executive board members, Libby Cooper, Phillip Hollobone, and Duncan Sedgwick. These new members join James S. Dixon Leach, Chairman, and executive board members Chris Every, CEO, and Peter Rugg, CFO, to complete the full six member board of directors for Nviro Cleantech.

Libby Cooper, the former Corporate Secretary for both SITA Holdings and BET Plc (now Rentokil Plc), and currently General Counsel for Golders, UK, is one of the leading authorities on European environmental law. Phillip Hollobone, a current Member of Parliament, brings extensive knowledge of government programs and committees and is also a former energy analyst at a major investment bank in the United Kingdom. Mr. Sedgwick, the current CEO of the National Energy Association in the United Kingdom, brings extensive energy industry expertise to Nviro and is recognized as one of the leading figures in the energy industry throughout Europe.

These additions to the Board signal a strong step forward for Nviro Cleantech, said Nviro's CEO Chris Every. The breadth of industry, government and environmental law experience that each of these Board member’s possess will be important to the successful development and commercialisation of our portfolio of technologies.
