Nviro Cleantech Announces Pre-IPO Funding With a Group of Significant Institutional Investors
London – December 19, 2006. – Nviro Cleantech, Plc announced today the closing of the placing of 8,658,328 shares to raise £3.7 million. The proceeds will be used for additional technical development, and staffing in anticipation of a further raise and listing on to AIM in early 2007. Fairfax IS represented Nviro Cleantech in the placing.
